Edited: 12 Apr 2025

- Spring Cleanup
Our spring cleanup service includes the removal of winter debris, dead grass, and accumulated leaves. All collected material will be disposed of off-site, unless the client wants to dispose of them. The exact service date will be scheduled by our team based on seasonal readiness.  Additional fees may apply for oversized lots, heavily overgrown areas, or excess debris beyond standard expectations. All gates must be unlocked and pets secured on the scheduled service day.

- Lawn Mowing
Our mowing package includes weekly visits from May through August, and biweekly service from May through October, weather permitting. Each visit covers full grass cutting, trimming along edges and borders, and power blowing to leave your lawn neat and clean. To ensure service efficiency and safety, clients must ensure that lawns are free of personal items, pet waste, and obstructions prior to the scheduled visit. Missed or skipped visits due to blocked access or unsafe conditions may result in a rescheduling fee. Overgrown lawns (e.g., after long breaks or new sign-ups) may incur an initial cleanup charge. Lawn health, including watering and fertilization, remains the client’s responsibility unless enrolled in an additional lawn care program.

- Fall Cleanup
Fall cleanup involves two visits for leaf removal. Typically, the first cleanup occurs in the final two weeks of October and the second in the first half of November, depending on weather. If the second visit cannot be completed due to inclement weather, it will be carried out in early spring. Clients must ensure all outdoor areas are accessible and that no items block work areas (e.g., furniture, vehicles, decorations). Excessive buildup or neglected properties may be subject to additional charges.

- Parging
We ensure all surfaces are properly cleaned and prepped before parging begins. However, we are not responsible for underlying structural damage, moisture issues, or compromised masonry that may affect adhesion or long-term results unless previously identified and agreed upon in writing. Parging is a weather-sensitive service. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or humidity to ensure proper application and curing. Ottawa Lawn, Parging & Snow Removal is not liable for delays beyond our control. Clients are advised not to touch, wet, or lean objects against newly parged surfaces for at least 72 hours post-application. Ottawa Lawn, Parging & Snow Removal is not responsible for damage caused by early contact or interference during the curing process.

- Snow Removal
Will commence within a reasonable time after snowfall ends, generally within 6–12 hours for standard service agreements. Priority clients may receive expedited service. Delays may occur during severe weather or high-traffic snowfall periods. Clients are responsible for ensuring that driveways and walkways are free from obstructions such as vehicles, bins, cords, or decorations. Ottawa Lawn, Parging & Snow Removal is not liable for missed areas or accidental damage caused by hidden or unreported obstacles. De-icing is available upon request and may incur an additional charge. We use salt or eco-friendly products, depending on the property’s needs and client preference. We do not guarantee complete ice elimination due to varying temperatures and conditions. While we take every precaution, Ottawa Lawn, Parging & Snow Removal is not liable for damage to surfaces, curbs, or landscaping that is not visible under snow or not clearly marked. Clients are encouraged to identify and flag sensitive areas before the season begins.

Note: If your gates are locked, animal waste is present (Animal waste can be cleaned up for an additional $79.99 unless lawn has a severe amount - To discuss with the client), or objects/furniture are left on the lawn, services will be postponed to the next scheduled visit and is under the clients responsibility, there will be no refunds for client-responsible delays.
